These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by John Alonso Concrete Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services provided

John Alonso Concrete Services provides concrete installation, repair, finishing, and related construction services. The scope of each project is defined in the estimate or service agreement provided to you prior to commencement of work.

2. Estimates & quotes

All estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may be subject to change if project scope changes, materials fluctuate, or unforeseen site conditions arise. Any changes will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

3. Payment terms

• A deposit may be required prior to project start, as outlined in your estimate

• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by applicable law

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate job site information and access at scheduled times

• Obtain any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Ensure the work area is clear and accessible on the scheduled start date

• Notify us promptly of any changes to project requirements

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before a scheduled start date may forfeit any deposit paid.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control at no additional cost to you.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. We provide a [30-day / 1-year] workmanship warranty on completed concrete services. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural settling, ground movement, freeze-thaw cycles, third-party alterations, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of liability

John Alonso Concrete Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction of Fresno County, California.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate courts of Fresno County, California.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
